The PILOT Automatic is the three-hand watch of Zenith's relaunched PILOT line: a 40 mm steel case with a flat-topped bezel and the oversized crown the collection is known for, and a black dial with horizontal grooves that recall corrugated aircraft fuselage. The large Arabic numerals are applied and filled with Super-LumiNova, and the dial is signed Pilot, a word only Zenith is allowed to print on a dial.
The El Primero 3620 runs at 36,000 vibrations per hour with 60 hours of power reserve and a date at 6 o'clock. The case is rated to 100 metres, and two straps come in the box.
