Every order ships complimentary, worldwide, fully insured, with all duties and taxes paid by us. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
What shipping costs
Nothing. There is no shipping charge at checkout, anywhere in the world. The price you see is the price you pay.
What about customs and import duties?
We pay them. Little Europe Jewellers ships as the exporter of record and covers all importation duties and taxes on your behalf. Your courier will not ask you for money before releasing your parcel — a practice many international jewellers leave to the customer to discover on their doorstep.

You see your piece before it travels
Before anything leaves Sint Maarten, we send you full photographs and video of the actual item — your watch, your serial, your stone. Not a catalogue image.
You see exactly what you are receiving, in its real condition, before it moves. We know of no other dealer who does this as standard, and it is the reason very little ever comes back.
Before we dispatch
Every website order also receives a personal email from us. We confirm your delivery address, your contact number, and that the name on the payment card matches the order.
This is deliberate. At these values, one message from a person beats any automated confirmation — and it has stopped more than one order going to the wrong place. If you would like to change an address or add a delivery instruction, simply reply to that email.
