A Swiss rebellion

Founded in 2012 by Rick De La Croix in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Bomberg set out to rewrite the rules of traditional Swiss watchmaking. In 2013 it unveiled the BOLT-68 in Basel — the “68” a nod to 1968 — built around a signature convertible case that clips from the wrist to a pocket chain and back, echoing the brand’s BB-01 military pocket-watch heritage. Genuine Swiss movements meet fearless dial art: hand-detailed skulls, Día de los Muertos iconography, Lucha Libre masks and racing motifs — an aesthetic with a devoted following in Mexico and across Latin America.
