Your warranty
Every piece is supplied with the manufacturer’s official international warranty, activated at point of sale by Little Europe Jewellers as an authorised dealer. Coverage runs from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty length is set by the brand, not by us. As a general guide, standard automatic and quartz movements carry two years; in-house manufacture and COSC-certified movements often carry longer — the Bell & Ross BR-X3 and BR-X5, for example, carry five. The exact term for your piece is stated on its product page and on the warranty card in the box.
Not covered: accident, misuse, water exposure beyond the piece’s rated resistance, normal wear, and any servicing carried out by an unauthorised workshop — which voids coverage entirely.
Keep your dealer-activated card. You will need it for any service.
Repairs and servicing
We handle repairs of all kinds through established workshops built up over fifty years:
- Watch servicing and repair — movement service, battery, crystal, bracelet and strap work
- Pearl and bead restringing
- Ring sizing and jewellery adjustment
This applies whether you bought from us or not, and whether you are on the island or the other side of the world. Send us a photograph and a description on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is involved before you commit to anything.
