Inside this striking watch beats the heart of an icon: the El Primero 400 calibre, a direct descendant of Zenith’s legendary 1969 movement, famous for being the world’s first high frequency automatic chronograph. Delivering up to 55 hours of power reserve and featuring a silicon escape wheel and lever for durability and anti-magnetic resistance, this movement is as reliable as it is refined. Through the sapphire case back, you’ll spot the openworked rotor engraved with the Zenith star and USM logos, a beautiful nod to craftsmanship and collaboration.

A Design That Tells a Story

The 37mm stainless steel case blends vintage charm with modern architecture, complete with the classic 14-sided bezel and signature octagonal geometry that make the DEFY unmistakable.

Each dial is a study in precision: three silvered subdials, grooved square hour markers, and a playful touch with a USM-inspired ball joint at the tip of the chronograph hand that glows with Super-LumiNova. Activate the chrono, and you’ll see the hidden Zenith star come alive beneath the sweep.

The finishing touch? A Gay Frères ladder bracelet, a faithful recreation of Zenith’s 1969 design: light, comfortable, and endlessly stylish.
